• We provide paid services such as software development, IT training, and website development.
• We also offer free and paid webinars with online certificates.
• Internships are available with the first month being unpaid (with free training). Based on performance, a stipend is provided from the second month onwards. A minimum 3-month commitment is required for eligibility.

2. User Responsibilities

• You must be at least 18 years old or have parental consent to use our services.
• You agree to provide accurate and current information when registering or enrolling.
• Misuse of our platform, copying course materials, or violating copyright laws is strictly prohibited.

3. Payments and Refunds

• All paid training, certificates, and development services must be paid in full as per the pricing mentioned during enrollment.
• Refunds are available only under specific conditions, such as non-delivery of promised services, and must be requested in writing within 7 days of payment.
• There is no refund for training once started unless otherwise stated.

4. Certificates

• We offer verified digital certificates for both free and paid programs.
• Eligibility for a certificate requires completion of assigned tasks or participation in sessions.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, including code, videos, documents, and branding, are the intellectual property of Logirtha Technologies Private Limited and cannot be reused, reproduced, or redistributed without permission.

6. Internship Terms

• The internship begins with an unpaid first month, including free structured training.
• Based on performance, stipends may be provided from the second month onward.
• Interns must commit to a minimum of 3 months to be eligible for the stipend and final certification.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any user account or service for violations of these Terms or misuse of our platform without prior notice.

8. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the services.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising shall be handled under the jurisdiction of Tamil Nadu courts.
