Is there a free plan?
Yes. The free plan covers one user, 3 forms and 500 submissions a month. Plan limits change, so confirm them on Zoho’s pricing page.
What happens if I go over my submission limit?
Each plan has a monthly submission cap. If you exceed it you need to upgrade or buy extra submissions, so we size the plan to your expected volume.
Can I take payments through a form?
Yes. Paid plans support payment gateways such as PayPal and Stripe, so a form can collect a fee at the same time as the details.
Does Logirtha include the Zoho Forms subscription?
No. The Zoho subscription is billed separately unless our written proposal says otherwise. Our fees cover consultation, setup and training, agreed with you before work begins.
